As an Italian native, Claudia Fanini has always been familiar with Italy’s unique charm and beauty.
Before creating The Italian Planners, Claudia spent several years working internationally in the luxury services alongside some of the most demanding clients.
In 2018 she decided to bring her talents back to her home country and create a team of the very best event, hospitality, and marketing professionals Italy has to offer.
Soon after, The Italian Planners was born.
Together, our diverse team of experts will introduce to you the special elegance and warmth only Italy is able to offer.
We love to meet and interview in person to collect the initial information (who you are, your priorities, worries and expectations) and brainstorm together.
Based on your criteria (number of guest, budget and event type) we scout for the perfect venue and vendors, send a proposal and arrange a tour.
We design a mood board to establish an overall look and feel of your party, its style and theme. Once approved, we create a detailed creative project.
We request availability and negotiate the contract with preferred and local vendors on your behalf, to make sure everything is sorted.
We plan every single moment, detail and aspect of your event, providing staff, concierge service and sponsors when needed.
We coordinate the entire process, including guests and vendors to make sure your event run smoothly and with unintended surprises.

Additionally, we collaborate with institutions to promote local destinations and attract more visitors.
